Scott Dunbar, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in Mohs skin cancer surgery and advanced cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Dunbar studied Biology at Louisiana State University and received his medical doctorate from Emory University School of Medicine. He finished an internal medicine internship at New York’s Mount Sinai Hospital and completed his dermatology residency at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Dr. Dunbar then proceeded to become one of a small group of fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeons by training in New York at Skin, Laser and Surgery Specialists. Dr. Dunbar performs all the latest cutting-edge procedures including laser liposuction, zero-downtime laser rejuvenation, Botox and filler injections, hair transplant surgery and non-invasive body contouring.
Dr. Dunbar has given multiple presentations and published numerous articles on skin cancer, laser therapy and aesthetic medicine in top medical journals. He has served as a reviewer for JAMA Dermatology and an editorial assistant for the Journal of Cosmetic and Laser Therapy. Dr. Dunbar lives in New York with his wife Anna and enjoys biking, running, and skiing.
