How do I begin using Clear Clinic @Home?
Once you set up a log in with www.clearclinic.com, we’ll ask you to answer a few basic questions about your complexion. Based on your answers, we will build a customized regimen for you using four selections out of our new line of 19 specially-designed high-end acne products. Your Clear Kit will arrive within about three days. Right after completing the questionnaire, you will be assigned your Personal Acne Coach™ and schedule your first consultation for around the time your Clear Kit arrives.
What happens during a virtual appointment with my Personal Acne Coach™?
The virtual appointment is a consultation conducted over our online video chatting system, the telephone or internet text chat. During the first consult, you and your Personal Acne Coach™ will discuss your complexion, how to use your new products and how to track your results with Clear Track™, our new software system developed for you to monitor your progress towards clear skin.
What happens after the initial consultation?
The care doesn’t stop after your initial appointment! You will be able to have monthly consults with your Personal Acne Coach™ where, in a private online setting, you can discuss your skin, your current products and plan any changes to your product regimen. Your Personal Acne Coach™ will be with you every step of the way towards a clearer complexion.
Who are the Personal Acne Coaches?
Your Personal Acne Coach™ will be your dedicated guide to a clear complexion. All Clear Clinic @Home Personal Acne Coaches are licensed aestheticians (skincare experts) with a focus on acne. All Personal Acne Coaches have been trained by the acne expert and founding dermatologist of Clear Clinic, Eric Schweiger, M.D.
How and when do I get my products?
Your first customized Clear Kit will arrive within about three days. Your customized Clear Kit will be sent to your home or office (or anywhere you’d like) in discreet packaging. All Clear Kits come with a 60-day supply of products and include monthly consultations with your Personal Acne Coach™. In addition, all of our acne products can be purchased individually or in kits specially prearranged by skin type.

Your first consultation will be around the time your first Clear Kit arrives, and we recommend scheduling your second approximately 45 days later. At this time you can discuss how your treatment is going and if you should continue with the same products or make some changes for your next kit. We recommend monthly consultations going forward.
Can I book an appointment with a Personal Acne Coach™ without purchasing a kit?
Yes, the price of a virtual consult with one of our Personal Acne Coaches is $50.
Can I receive prescription medication from my Personal Acne Coach™?
No. If your Personal Acne Coach™ feels that you need prescription medications, they will refer you to a dermatologist in your area.
What if I’m not happy with the results?
We are confident that our sophisticated line of products, when used under the supervision of your Personal Acne Coach™, will make significant improvements to your skin. If you are not thrilled by the results after 60 days of your first online consult, we offer a full refund.
